Dear Supervisors and Graduate Students,
To enhance the international experience of our graduate students, the CSE School plans to continue funding outstanding graduate students to study abroad at renowned universities for a three-month academic exchange.
The details are as follows:
- Selection Criteria
- Priority Candidates: Master’s and doctoral students who have completed at least one year of study. Number of Selected Students: about 8 students from CSE will be selected.
- Funding Standards
- Funding Amount: The university plans to provide financial support for the selected students.
- Additional Funding: Any shortfall will be self-funded based on actual circumstances.
- Study Period
- Duration: The exchange program is planned in Winter and Fall Sessions The exact schedule will be determined according to the arrangements of partner universities abroad.
- Partner Institutions
- Regions: The program will include but is not limited to partner universities in Northern Europe, Western Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia.
- Study Content: Participants will engage in coursework, research collaboration, and degree-related activities.
- Application Process
- Required Documents: Interested students should submit the following materials:
- Personal Resume
- Research Plan (Research background, content, expected results, literature references, limited to one page)
- Supervisor’s Recommendation Letter
- Application Deadline: The application starts on 10th March, 2025, the deadline will be announced separately.

各位导师、研究生：
为提升我院研究生的国际视野和学术前沿水平，学校学院计划继续资助优秀研究生赴国外知名大学进行为期三个月的访学进修。
现将有关事项通知如下：
一、选派对象
- 优先选派对象: 已完成至少1学年的硕士生和博士生。
- 选派人数: 计划选派8人。
二、资助标准
- 资助金额: 该大学计划为选定的学生提供经济支持。
- 配套资助: 不足部分建议自筹。
三、访学时间
- 访学时间: 计划于春季和秋季期间分两批进行，具体时间将根据国外合作院校的安排确定。
四、合作院校
- 合作院校: 包括但不限于北欧、西欧、北美、南美、澳洲、亚洲等大学合作伙伴。
- 访学内容: 参与课程学习、科研合作及学位培养等相关活动。
五、申请流程
- 申请材料: 请有意向的研究生提交个人简历、研究计划（限制在1页纸以内）及导师推荐信。
- 申请截止日期: 具体截止日期将另行通知。
