On January 10, 2026, the IEEE Qingdao Chapter and CCF YOCSEF Qingdao formally established a partnership and were presented with a partnership certificate. The two organizations will engage in extensive collaboration in areas such as academic exchange, technical discussions, and talent development, with the aim of jointly driving progress in the field of computer and information technology in Qingdao and nationwide. 2026年1月10日，IEEE青岛分会与CCF YOCSEF青岛正式确立合作伙伴关系，并获颁合作证书。双方将围绕学术交流、技术研讨、人才培养等方面开展深入协作，共同推动青岛乃至全国计算机与信息技术领域的发展。
